- We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate and secure.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your tracking information shows that your package is delayed or missing:
- Please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking number provided immediately.

- Claims cannot be submitted for orders marked as delivered by the carrier
